Questions
Is there a cost or an API key?
No. The server is free, read-only and needs no key or sign-in. Please cite the Route 232 page or the HUD source that comes back with each answer.
Where does the data come from?
HUD ORCF's weekly underwriting queue report, HUD's fiscal-year Lean closings file and its healthcare firm commitment and endorsement database, plus HUD Handbook 4232.1 for the program rules. The server reads the same records as the pages on this site.
Is a timeline or rate here a promise or a quote?
No. Times are what HUD took on loans it already closed, and rates are note rates on those loans. Your lender and HUD's queue decide your dates and rate.
